What We Do
Let us help you plan your trip to the Border Lakes of the Northwood’s. Our specialty trip is the fully guided and outfitted base camp. You will find your camp a comfortable haven for fishing, relaxing and exploring. Here to fish, then we can fish hard! Walleye, Smallmouth Bass, Northern Pike and the elusive Lake Trout are all fair game. Not only will Chuck put you on the fish, but he will serve you some of the tastiest fish dinners you have ever had! If you think that you would like a change of scenery after a couple of days, we can break camp and travel to a new site, and still have plenty of time to fish and relax.
Another option is a traveling trip. After coffee and breakfast, we break camp and start the day bright and early. Traveling through the waterways of the boreal forest allows for possible wildlife sightings, birding and soaking up the beautiful scenery. Portaging our canoes and gear to the next camp works up a big appetite, we leave plenty of time along the way and once we get to camp for fishing.
Each trip, and each group is different. Our goal is to provide the trip that is just right for you. If fishing hard all day is what you want, or if you want to travel every day and see as much new country as possible, we will put a trip together that meets all of your needs. Our trips are the perfect opportunity to unplug from the hectic pace of your day to day world and spend quality time creating memories to last a lifetime with family and friends.
